JJ Aminovex Labs ships orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting an order.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, product launches, restocks, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Times
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by JJ Aminovex Labs. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other factors.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has been fulfilled. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
JJ Aminovex Labs is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives damaged, contact JJ Aminovex Labs within 48 hours of delivery or carrier confirmation with your order number and supporting photos or tracking information.
Claims are reviewed individually. A replacement or other resolution may be offered when appropriate.
Delivered Packages
JJ Aminovex Labs is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after a carrier marks a package as delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipment to locations where we determine that fulfillment may violate applicable laws, regulations, carrier restrictions, or company policies.
