RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of the products sold by JJ Aminovex Labs, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact JJ Aminovex Labs within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the package and items received.

We will review verified fulfillment or shipping issues and, when appropriate, may provide a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.

No Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Opened products
  • Unopened products
  • Temperature-sensitive products
  • Products no longer wanted after purchase

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. JJ Aminovex Labs is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before an order is processed. Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
